What I make.

I am Dan Mannes, and dmanproductions LLC is my one-person production company in Detroit, Michigan. I shoot, direct, edit, and color commercial and documentary work for brands, teams, and foundations. Fifteen years in, most projects are booked directly with me, start to finish. All prices are in US dollars (USD).

Photography

Campaign, lookbook, documentary, and event photography on 35mm film and digital. Shot, selected, and color graded by me.

How It Works

From first email to final delivery

01Inquiry

You email me the shape of the project: what, where, when, and roughly what it is for.

02Quote

I send a written quote and scope, usually within two business days. Nothing is owed until you accept it.

03Deposit

A 50% deposit books the dates. Paid by card through Stripe or by bank transfer. The balance is invoiced on delivery.

04Production

We shoot. I handle crew, gear, and logistics unless the quote says otherwise.

05Delivery

Edited and graded files delivered digitally, typically two to four weeks after the shoot. Revisions per the quote.

The Fine Print

Terms at a glance

Currency
All quotes, invoices, and payments are in US dollars (USD).
Payment methods
Major credit and debit cards processed securely by Stripe. Bank transfer (ACH) available on request.
Deposit
50% of the quoted total books your dates. The remaining balance is due on final delivery, net 15.
Delivery time
Digital delivery, typically two to four weeks after the final shoot day. Rush timelines quoted separately.
Cancellation
Cancel more than 14 days before the shoot for a full deposit refund. See the refund and cancellation policy.
Refunds
Handled case by case and in good faith. Full detail in the refund policy.
Licensing
Usage rights are specified in each quote. Copyright remains with dmanproductions LLC unless bought out in writing.
Travel
Based in Detroit, Michigan. Available worldwide. Travel and lodging billed at cost and quoted up front.
Service area
Services are offered to clients in the United States and internationally, subject to applicable law.
